Digital products

The content sold on this site consists of digital products (courses, guides, recordings and written materials) to which access is granted immediately upon purchase.

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations, a purchase of digital content to which access has actually been granted cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refund commitments made on a sales page

Where a specific sales page states an explicit refund commitment (for example a "money-back guarantee"), the refund terms will apply exactly as published on that sales page alone, and subject to the conditions set out there.

Not using the content

Not using the content, stopping partway through, lack of time or dissatisfaction do not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund. Worth knowing: access to the content you purchased is kept for you, and you can come back to it at any time.
